City Room: Cuomo Asks Con Ed to Freeze Bonuses for Top Executives

Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo's demand came after a company director said the executives were given over $600,000 for "exemplary" performance in handling Hurricane Sandy, other storms and a monthlong lockout of workers.
